NEFLIN does a variety of special projects with different organizations throughout Florida. Currently, NEFLIN is managing the following project.
Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute
2004 - Present
The Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute is a comprehensive series designed to develop the future leaders of Florida libraries. Each year forty participants are selected to complete ten days of training over ten months, which include networking with state leaders, hearing "personal reflections on leadership" from current leaders in many different types of Florida libraries, a tour of the State Library, and a graduation ceremony in Tallahassee.
