Equipment Loan
LCD & Overhead Projectors | Projection Screens | Gaming Equipment | People Counter | Tradeshow Display
NEFLIN has a number of items available for loan to our members. Most items can be borrowed for up to one week. Members are responsible for picking up and returning equipment to the NEFLIN office in Orange Park but arrangements can frequently be made to have equipment delivered to a nearby library. Members are also responsible for replacement cost should the equipment become non-functional.
To Reserve Equipment
Send an email to register@neflin.org and include the following information:
1. Contact name, library, phone and email address
2. All equipment needed
3. Date equipment is needed, date of pick up, date of return
You will receive a confirmation acknowledging that the equipment is available and has been reserved.
LCD Projectors
NEFLIN has two LCD projectors that are available for loan to members.
Why borrow a projector?
- Your staff wants to watch a webinar as a group - borrow the projector, attach it to a computer, add speakers, pop some popcorn, and have a great staff development opportunity.
- You are hosting a game day in the library. Put some of the games on the 'big screen' and make their day.
- You've just started offering computer training for the public and aren't sure if you want to purchase a projector. Borrow NEFLIN's and see how it works in your setting.
Specs: 2000 lumens. Inputs for PCs, Video, and Component Video. Maximum 1280x1024. Supports Picture-in-Picture.

Projection Screens
NEFLIN has two portable projection screens available for loan to members.
Screen 1 - 50" x 67" viewing area (77" long for transport)
Screen 2 - 43" x 57" viewing area (70" long for transport)

Gaming Equipment
NEFLIN has three sets of gaming equipment available for loan to members.
1) Wii with 4 controllers and 2 chucks and Wii Play and Wii Sports
2) Xbox 360 with 4 controllers
3) Guitar Hero for Xbox with 2 guitars
All controllers and guitars require 2 AA batteries. NEFLIN recommends that you have replacement batteries on hand during your event.
PeopleCounter
NEFLIN has a PeopleCounter Pro Counter available for members to borrow. This counter has an infrared beam interruption counter that consists of two components; the IR transmitter and the IR receiver. The IR transmitter flashes high intensity IR which provides easy, instant alignment and installation.

Tradeshow Display
Are you presenting at the local chamber meeting, county fair, school board? Do you need something nicer then a science fair project board to display information about your library? NEFLIN has a Show 'n' Write portable display board available for loan to members.
Side 1 has three write-on, wipe-off panels to help illustrate main points. Side 2 allows graphics to be easily attached to gray, Velcro receptive panels.
Specs: 6' Show 'n' Write. 10 lbs. Three front and back 24"W x 36"H panels; one 24"W x 12"H header panel; soft carrying case.
