Hot Topics Conference – User Experience (UX) Design

UX Conference2016 NEFLIN Hot Topics Conference: User Experience (UX) Design

Thanks to all who joined us for NEFLIN’s first Hot Topics Conference!  Intended as a biennial event to inform and energize staff about select issues, this year’s Hot Topics Conference focused on User Experience (UX) Design.  We enjoyed a productive day of learning about the philosophy, tools, and techniques for identifying needed changes in our libraries based on our user’s needs.

Missed out on the fun?  If you were unable to attend, you can still explore the hashtag #NEFLIN_UX, and photos from the event are now available on flickr as well as on NEFLIN’s official Facebook site.  Links to handouts and presentations appear below.

Thank you to the Florida Department of State Division of Library and Information Services for funding this conference.
