Welcome to our 1-hour training on Advanced Body Language. This webinar was originally presented in December 2019 as part of our ongoing monthly trainings.
This training supplements our Homeless De-Escalation Core Training. In this Advanced Body Language training we will look at:
- Why nonverbal matters more than word choice
- Advice for “reading” body language
- Advice for “speaking” body language
Upon completion of the training, your certificate will be available to save or print.
