Welcome to our 1-hour training on How to Address Body Odor Without Awkwardness (Libraries and Other Public Organizations). This webinar was originally presented in April 2025 as part of our ongoing monthly trainings.
This training supplements our Homeless De-Escalation Core Training. In this How to Address Body Odor Without Awkwardness (Libraries and Other Public Organizations) training we will discuss:
- When to have the “body odor” conversation
- Two tools that make the conversation easier
- Lawsuits around body odor and libraries (what the courts say!)
Upon completion of the training, your certificate will be available to save or print.
