When faced with tricky conversations, our bodies often react with physical signs of stress like sweaty palms and increased heart rates, making it hard to maintain clarity of thought. In this session, you’ll gain practical techniques for handling challenging dialogues, whether they arise unexpectedly or are deliberate. Additionally, you will acquire tools and tactics for resolving conflicts with both patrons and co-workers.
