This 60-minute training webinar is another in our “Service, Safety, and Security” series for all library staff and library leaders, presented by Library 2.0 and hosted by ALA author and library service, safety, and security expert, Dr. Steve Albrecht.

For this session, Dr. Albrecht hosts a guided interview with California Fire Chief and longtime Advanced EMT Robert May, JD, as they discuss the range of possible medical events that could happen in a library and may require staff to provide basic first aid until EMTs or firefighters arrive.

A handout copy of the presentation slides will be available to all who participate.
