Welcome to our 1-hour training on Service Animals: Your Obligations Under the ADA. This webinar was originally presented in March 2021 as part of our ongoing monthly trainings.
This training supplements our Homeless De-Escalation Core Training. In this Service Animals: Your Obligations Under the ADA training we will discuss:
- Which types of animals are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Which two questions you can legally ask (Yes, there are only two!)
- Whether you can legally exclude a service animal if it growls, poops, sets off someone’s allergies, or scares someone with a phobia
Upon completion of the training, your certificate will be available to save or print.
