Brad Ward
Executive Director
Brad Ward is the Executive Director of NEFLIN.

A Florida native, Brad earned his undergraduate degree at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and his M.L.S. degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

He has worked for the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative (under Bernadette Storck), the Tampa Bay Library Consortium (under Barbara Stites) and has been with NEFLIN since 1997.

Brad and his wife Marilyn are the proud parents of a beautiful boy and girl...blah, blah, blah, he spends most of his off hours with his family. He also manages to find some time to enjoy his extensive music collection and his TiVo.

Member Services Coordinator
Jenny Eason is the Member Services Coordinator at NEFLIN.

Jenny grew up in Clay County, and received her undergraduate degree in English from Harding University in Searcy, AR. She received her MLS from Florida State University.

She has experience as both a librarian and as a teacher at Harding University, Flagler College, the School District of Clay County, and Daegu International School in South Korea.

She enjoys traveling anywhere she has the chance to go, reading, writing, taking pictures, and spending time with friends and family.

Continuing Education Coordinator
Raymond Neal is the Continuing Education Coordinator at NEFLIN. He is responsible for the planning, management and administration of all aspects of NEFLIN’s continuing education program.

Raymond Neal is a native of South Carolina. He earned a BA in Art from Furman University and his MLIS from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining NEFLIN, he was a librarian at Jacksonville University and Jacksonville Public Library. Most of his career has been in Special Collections. He also managed JPL's Murray Hill branch for several years.

When he isn't hard at work learning his new job, Raymond spends quality time with family and friends. He enjoys movies, reading, traveling and watching sports, especially baseball and football (Clemson Tigers, Carolina Panthers and New York Yankees if you're curious).

He is also the initial (and reigning) NEFLIN Librarian Olympics gold medalist. He doubts this led to his current position but he still likes saying it.

Administrative Assistant
Jeannie is the Administrative Assistant for the NEFLIN staff. She is celebrating her 10th year of service to NEFLIN libraries from “Sea to Shining Sea.”

Jeannie grew up in Nassau County and is from Hilliard. She is always friendly and really enjoys helping our members.

Jeannie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has two sons that keep her up to date on the latest sports teams. She loves to spend her spare time finding treasures in antique stores, walking on the beach, and eating seafood at Osteen’s restaurant in St. Augustine.
