Computer Networks:
A computer network, in simplest terms, exists when two or more computers are linked to one another. That link allows them to communicate and share information among all machines on the same network.
Why connect computers?
Networks are all about sharing information. Arguably, the internet is the most important and powerful human computing invention, but the internet itself is really just one large conglomeration of computer networks. As you might imagine, this powerful ability to share information comes with some risks and vulnerabilities, not least of which is that someone else on the network may be able to access, steal, or send information to your device. We help to mitigate these risks by securing our networks so that only those who need access have it.
